1. Digital Goods Policy

All purchases made on the GrillSMP Store are digital goods and are provided "as-is." Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final once the item or rank has been delivered to your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Double payment for the same item due to a technical error.
• Failure to receive the purchased item after 24 hours (and support was unable to resolve it).

3. Chargebacks

Opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without contacting our support team first will result in a permanent ban from the GrillSMP Network and all associated services.
